Templates mailmerge

1. Mail Merge - two quote templates one for the 400B plus product data sheet Second one - 400C and 400MC plus product data sheets these templates are for construction projects going to bid.. our company supply's a quote on wheel wash equipment.

I use a customizable email as well i send in the mail merge to each lead...

this is it.. I am not sure if a template can be made out of this as well and everything put into one folder to use going forward please help me.

I would like a word format for the quotes as well as a google docs format .... i need to make sure when you convert to a PDF all formatting stays in tack ... that is the trouble i am having with this.

I use a google docs amazing mail merge add on so evrything is customizable but the pdf goes wonky when converted and the body of the email

So please do whatever and use whatever you need to use in order for it to work going forward i am so frustrated and am super behind in my work.

We will be using these templates going forward and alot lol
