We work on the basis of daily timesheets and because we are working on multiple projects, some staff have different contracts on a daily basis. At the end of each month we compile these timesheets into one Excel for each client to allow for approval and invoicing but as you can imagine, this can be very time consuming. We would like to automate the process as much as possible. Can you help? I have attached a typical monthly contractor report along with a couple of the timesheets that make up the single contract sheet. You will see that we have been pulling data from each person into a single description cell to keep things tidy but if this is not possible it wont matter. The idea is to streamline the process and take far less time in putting the timesheets together. We would take any advice on how to set this up as well.

Each month worked hours, client name etc...should be gathered in a single excel, than with a pivot you can have easily the amount of hours spent by persons on a client work
