Hi, I am a senior executive in Orange County, California. I need a really good personal assistant to go through meeting requests I get weekly - initially capped to only 5 hours/week. Interactions w senior leaders across the world. Job description: Go through my inbox at Linkedin once a week, call and qualify/categorize the individuals requesting to meet with me, and slot them in for calls with me on certain blocks of time I provide. You need to be super professional and provide the Nordstrom level of (customer) interaction.
