Sprayable is a consumer health company that uses innovative technology to develop sprayable alternatives to some of the world’s most commonly used products. Our two first products are Sprayable Energy (a caffeine-based energy spray) and Sprayable Sleep (a melatonin-based sleep spray). We sell our products directly to consumers and target the $30 billion sleep aid market and the $70 billion energy products market, selling monthly subscriptions that allow our customers to conveniently purchase and replenish our products.
We are looking for an exceptional Virtual Assistant who will take care of all routine and administrative tasks in the company.
The person should be available for at least few hours during the normal business hours as per the PST zone and to participate to our daily meetings. We do not need a person who is working for us on a shift like schedule. We would love to have a person who can be available over a period of 8-10 hours per day – not to work 8-10 hours, but to be available and respond to management or team members’ inquiries on time. Throughout these 8-10 hours, he/she could work 3-4-5 hours/day or as needed. It is not a project based positions and we are looking for a person to stay long term with us. We would like to cooperate with the right person and grow him/her together with the company.
You will be able to work in a great team, with highly experienced and motivated people from around the world.
Although our budget is not high (our budget is USD 750 for 80 hours per month as a start, but for really great person we can consider a higher budget), it is an excellent opportunity for a person in the USA who needs a home based job with flexible hours. Main Responsibilities
• Support the Owners of the company
• Schedule and organize meetings
• Taking down minutes of meetings
• Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)
• General administration
• Making phone calls or accepting phone calls
• Book flights and organizing trips
• Coordinate different activities in the company
• Basic research on different subjects
• Basic Reporting
• Simple Excel, Powerpoint, Word files preparation and updating
Who You Are
• Based in USA (PST zone) would be preferred, but not required
• Fluent (or native) level of both spoken and written English language – no accent please
• Very well organized and proactive person
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant (or assistant) is definitely an advantage, but not a requirement
• Be able to understand tasks without too many details
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Familiar with Social Media and On-line Marketing
