I want to hire a virtual assistant on a monthly basis.
I'm a photographer/videographer - and I also administrate a website in Scandinavia where we sell lifestyle products for men/woman.
On the side, I create WordPress websites for business customers.
This month I need help with some of the following.
Organizing my mailbox and create an auto-reply for each mail coming into my business emails.
Do some research upon events where I could possibly attend in my area (photography/videography)
Do some research upon which brands sell the best in the categories I list, and what exact models.
Manage my bills (create an Excel spreadsheet with my monthly payment, yearly payments)
Send an email to possible clients regarding working with them (photography/videography) and also WordPress websites.
Make a follow-up formula, and contact the same companies again after one week, following up if no reply received.
I need my assistant to be great at English and translating from English to Danish.
Most emails will be sent in Danish.
Efficient and persistent are keywords in this as well.
