My goal is to generate a steady flow of qualified business leads for my home-development company through both Facebook and Instagram. I already have active pages; what I need now is a specialist who can plan, build and optimise lead-generation campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager. You will be responsible for: • Crafting a clear audience strategy that targets students and others customers in the home-development space. • Building high-converting campaign structures (lead forms, landing pages or both) with persuasive copy, scroll-stopping creatives and the correct tracking setup (Meta Pixel & Conversions API). • Continuously monitoring performance, adjusting budgets, audiences and creatives to improve CPL and overall lead quality. • Delivering concise weekly reports that highlight KPIs, key insights and next steps. Campaigns must stay compliant with Meta’s advertising policies and follow best practices for real-estate style ads. Initial tests should launch within one week of onboarding, with the first optimisation cycle completed by the end of week two. If you have a track record of lowering cost-per-lead for business-to-business advertisers on both Facebook and Instagram, I’d like to see case studies or data to back it up.
