For the last couple of months we have been working in conjunction with one of our largest clients to provide a Community Manager (or "social media manager") to look after the Facebook account in Denmark on behalf of a leading international skin care brand. The CMs need to engage with customers and manage the Facebook account for this brand.
Here's a brief summary of what would be involved:
The CMs need to engage with customers and manage the relevant Facebook account. The CMs will receive some pre-translated content in advance. They’ll need to check the content and then post according to the client’s schedule.
The people we are looking for are:
- Responsive, culturally-aware, independent freelancers who we can trust to manage these two accounts in their home country (based in Denmark)
- Familiar with Facebook.
- Able to post four posts per week: two pre-written by the client, two written by you (according to a pre-determined template). You would then need to be able to check for responses to these posts on an approximate hourly basis(within working hours).
- Willing to carry out a little research before posting, to make sure posts are relevant to their specific market for the brand. We have ascertained that this adds up to approximately 4 hours in total, spread out over the course of the day (this is what the daily rate is based on).
