Need a cinematographer/ director to help me come up with a shot list for a scene.

I need help coming up with a shot list and ideas for a scene. As well as lenses, aspect ratio, camera movements, lighting, use of colors and technology needed. The scene consist of two worlds one a virtual reality world which is perfect, very symmetrical, and bright thinking of even having use of flares. The real world on the other hand is not, thinking of having it look more like the joker cinematography aspects. Script attached
