Credit Enhancement Bonding

Haynes Financial (“the company”) is a new South Carolina based start-up business devoted to providing Consumer and Commercial lending services to a diverse market. The company will have three main lines of business; Residential mortgages, Commercial finance, and Automotive finance. Our company is looking to raise capital in the form of SEC regulated issued securities from Haynes Financial, utilizing both crowdfunding equity (“shares”) and debt funding (“corporate bonds”) The capitol raised will be used for consumer and commercial lending to our customers for the purchases of secured “Collateral Assets”. We also will be utilizing a designated 3rd party escrow company to deposit, manage, control, and distribute funds for the sole purpose of lending, and acquiring assets. They will also serve as an added security blanket for our investors and their funds. With the company being a start-up, it faces some challenges of being a new business; (1) not having the established necessary credit rating, (2) no assets/collateral, (3) no equity in place that most investors and mainstream markets require to raise the necessary capital needed to fund our lending transactions. Haynes Financial is looking to think outside of the industry standards by working with other 3rd party sources to create our own (in-house) “Credit Enhancement and Financial guarantee insurance program”. A program that will allow us to improve the credit worthiness of our entity and its securities, by enhancing, guaranteeing, and insuring our SEC regulated debt (“corporate bonds”). This will allow us to have a higher bond rating (investment grade), improve the marketability of our securities, and eliminate the risk factors for our investors ultimately allowing us to efficiently raise the needed capital at more favorable terms while reducing overall cost at the same time. Haynes Financial is seeking an expert, business, or 3rd party source that specializes in “credit enhancement and financial guaranties” for businesses. That is also knowledgeable, resourceful, with having the skills and ability at hand to strategies, engineer, and create a custom program tailored to our company needs, regardless if it’s one single product (such as financial guarantees, surety bonds or any other form of insurance) or a multitude of products and/or programs combined into one, we just want a good in-house custom solution that can be a solid funding tool for our company, in which we are also open to any other options, ideas or concepts that the expert may have which will ultimately provide us with the same type of success results.
