employing a team of 15 staff with an average cost of emplyment of £45,000 each. The raw material cost per
yacht is £175,000 and my factories monthly running costs include; rent and rates of £10,000, utilities of
£1,000, insurance of £250, loan repayments of £1,500. You will need to determine what the selling cost per
yacht is and justify it through appropriate financial modelling (including project profit and loss, breakeven analysis and cash flow forecasting), marketing plans and SWOT analysis.
