New Design Features Needed for Current Website

I have a website ([url removed, login to view])which I do not want to change the core design. We are a very fast growing company seeking a flash/website designer for consistent contract work with the potential for full time work as the company continues this fast upward trend. For this project these are the things I need changed on my site:

-Home page has a green screen demo video that plays automatically, I would like a button underneath that demo that starts the video after being clicked (so it does not play automatically now)

-I would like to remove the portfolio page displaying my clients in the "spin" fashion and have them listed going down. I have a former page like that with source files if needed (I want a screenshot with shadow under it or nice reflection under it with testimonial for each that I supply)

-I am changing the Solutions page to a page for small businesses and I will supply content and info for it

-Notice the home page flash header intro I currently have on the site. I would like one of these flash headers for the Portfolio page and Small Business page like:

Portfolio Header: White screen with different testimonials slowly fading in and out in different locations that finally finishes with one tagline about customer service and maybe a vector image of our state with some type of dots popping up at the all the locations of our new cients

Small Business Header: Not sure what this one will be like and open to suggestions but it will center around a concept of "Big Ideas for Small Businesses"

Qualifications:

Design quality must meet web 2.0 standards

Must have attention to detail and do the little things that make a difference like quality shadows,shading, and reflections

Must be able to be available on yahoo im if hired for project

Must be willing to track to do's and tasks in Basecamp with a username and password I create for you.
