Outsourcing-Needing site redesigned

We are currently outsourcing to find a person willing to design our website. We are a webhosting company, that will offer design in the future. With current work demands and school, I was unable to finish our website. It is: [login to view URL] The designer we are looking for, must be dependable, make deadlines, flexible, and able to design our site at low cost. We must be able to see a portfolio, before we start selecting. Upon our initial selection, we will ask various designers to submit a proposal of our site. The best one will win. We went to a company called ceonex, but they wanted way too much money for services I offer, and can do, or I can find other people to do for cheaper. Since we are a hosting company (right now) we want an awesome site. A possible logo change, and excellent flash with sounds..
