Urgent Corporate Identity and CMS Website design

I need a corporate website as well as logo design, business card design and letter head design. The website will have flash banners and a similar layout to www.accenture.com. This is a very urgent post as I have just been let down by another freelancer.
The website would have 10 - 12 web pages and will also have privacy, terms of use and sitemap, along with intergration with social media sites (facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc) I also want it to have a CMS so I can update it on my own later on.
Please timewasters and people with quotes over $250 should not bid.
