Web site design wanted - multiple projects

We need to partner up with web site designer(s)/coder(s) for a number of our websites, as well as future projects. This is a long term project, so we are looking for a long term web site design partner(s). We would like to start with one web site and if work is satisfactory we will continue with the rest. Some of the work will be a redesign type and some will be brand new. Please read this entire post carefully, ask questions, make suggestions and then bid. Newsletter / blog / myspace options 13. CMS? 14. Chat now / leave message button 15. Smart SEO 16. Shopping cart option / capability 17. Date / time visitor's local time 18. We obtain full intellectual property rights. You reserve no intellectual property rights. 2. Testing of site including successful implementation of all site features 3. The PSD files and all other related files 4. Design ideas/mockup/proposal. 5. Links to past portfolio/experience of the person(s) performing. 6. Time frame and price bid 7. 2 corrections included 8.
