I need a flash counter with the style of this one: [login to view URL] (the white one). Now this one is a clock, I need a counter. 1. has to be vector graphics so it can be resized (all the way to full screen if needed) 2. when loaded it will receive the following variables: Start Value End Value Animate the counting from start to end for nnnn ms. After this the End Value will be updated only (it will have to continue from where it is)
