Your core focus will be keeping the dish pit running smoothly, maintaining spotless kitchen surfaces, and jumping in on basic food prep whenever the chefs need an extra set of hands. You’ll have full use of our commercial dishwasher and cleaning products, and I’ll make sure you’re trained on the specific health-and-safety standards unique to our venue before you start. Staff meals are provided each shift, and breaks are scheduled so you can recharge without slowing service.
