1. We need a basic website using open source forum software. 2. We will provide a LAMP hosting account with a web panel. 3. It must allow us to upload topics to the forum in bulk. We are happy to use a csv, text or similar format. 4. Topic will include topic category, name, and up to 500 words of text (no images). 5. The topic URL needs to be same as topic name. i.e. domainname/topic_name 6. Job needs to be created in 5 days You need to specify the forum software you will be using and create the upload template.
