We are currently looking for contact center agents that can make cold calls to generate leads and sales for a web design buisness.
We are creating through a CRM a contact list of more than a 1000 potential customers and they keep being added but we currently lack resources to make calls and generate sales.
What we would like to find is people with language skills that can speak french - romanian and English for the moment.
There will be 3 weeks of training 2 hours a day VIA SKYPE on the project and how to automate + encode sales within the CRM. Each successful applicated agents will have an account and an integrated voip software to be able to make calls.
We are currently creating the call and sales process but we would like to get faster with the recruiting process.
The sales target is 5 per month for this project and we would like to begin with a team of 3 agents first.

For the payment:
The payment is based on sales commission process which means you get 25% of the sale for each sales you make.
Assuming than one project is sold 500€ you will get 25% of 500€ which means 125€ by sales once we get the payment from the customer.
We are currently setting up the challenge to create an understandable and easy automated process.
We will be leaving the ad for the project during two weeks, and we will message successful applicants.
