Handheld Air Quality Monitor Prototype

Developing a handheld consumer air quality monitor for Indian urban market. Need an experienced product designer to take this from industrial design concept to a working physical prototype. Device will measure PM2.5, CO2, and Temperature/Humidity displayed on a small OLED screen. Should feel premium, minimal and trustworthy. Form Factor: — Pocket-sized approx. 110mm × 45mm × 22mm — One-hand operable — Single power/mode button — USB-C charging port — Vent grilles for sensor airflow — Optional magnetic clip or kickstand Deliverables: — 2-3 Industrial design concept sketches and renders — Full CAD with DFM (draft angles, wall thickness, snap fits, parting lines) — Dimensioned 2D engineering drawings for all parts — 3D printed appearance model or functional prototype — 1-page spec sheet with dimensions, materials and finish specs Design Language: Clean minimal, matte finish, dark colourway, subtle industrial detailing Skills: Industrial Design, CAD, DFM, Engineering Drawing, Prototyping
