# FiveM Enhanced qbox Server Development ## Fixed-Price Project — Maximum Budget: $1,300 USD ⚠️ **Important — Read Before Submitting a Proposal** ⚠️ Generic, automated and placeholder proposals will not be considered. Your bid must cover the complete agreed scope and must not exceed **$1,300 USD fixed price**. We are not offering hourly work or milestone payments. We are building a premium FiveM roleplay server for **GTA V Enhanced**, using **qbox** and our existing **L2S-based foundation**. We already own most of the required scripts, MLOs, YMAPs, vehicles, weapons, EUP and UI assets. The developer’s responsibility is to review, clean, configure, merge, integrate and optimize these resources while custom-developing selected missing functionality. The goal is not to install many disconnected scripts. We want one immersive, stable and scalable ecosystem where inventory, housing, hotels, vehicles, businesses, jobs, police, EMS, prison, crime, NPCs, UI and world assets communicate through shared logic, clean exports, events, callbacks and metadata. ## Project Direction The server should move away from traditional menu-based roleplay and toward a more physical and interactive world. Examples include: * Visible, placeable and interactable item props * Realistic weapon storage, cases, slings and vehicle transport * Persistent vehicles with keys, damage, fuel, storage and history * Businesses requiring stock, deliveries, employees and equipment * Dealerships ordering and preparing vehicles before sale * Houses with access, security, storage and robbery risks * Criminal systems involving planning, heat, evidence and consequences * Police and EMS responding to crimes, injuries, NPC reports and investigations * NPCs, MLOs, streets and public spaces having meaningful gameplay purposes Realism must create roleplay opportunities without becoming a repetitive or frustrating simulator. ## Scope of Work The developer will be responsible for: * Reviewing and configuring the complete QBCore/L2S server to fit qbox * Cleaning, repairing and optimizing existing Lua, JavaScript and NUI resources * Removing unused files, duplicate systems, debug code and unnecessary loops * Rewriting weak, unstable or unreadable logic * Fixing exports, callbacks, permissions, database queries and resource dependencies * Adding strong server-side validation, logging and exploit protection * Merging related functionality into organized core resources * Standardizing all interfaces around the existing L2S UI, colors, fonts and interaction style * Developing selected missing features and integrations * Creating reusable shared logic instead of duplicating the same functionality across resources * Testing all work personally in GTA V Enhanced and FiveM Major systems include: * Inventory and physical item system * Housing and hotel systems * Police, EMS and prison systems * Vehicle system * Criminal and drug systems * Jobs and business systems * NPC and world-interaction system * Shared UI system * Staff, administration and development tools ## In-Game Creator Tools Authorized staff should be able to manage content in-game without editing multiple configuration files. Creator tools may include: * Job and Business Creator * House and Hotel Creator * Drug and Robbery Creator * Door, Elevator and Garage Creator * Shop and Crafting Creator * NPC and Interaction Creator * Mission and Contract Creator * Stash and Storage Creator * Blip and Zone Creator These tools must use the L2S UI style, proper permissions, server-side validation, database persistence and audit logging. ## Asset Integration The developer must install, organize, test and optimize supplied assets. ### MLOs and YMAPs Fix and review collisions, portals, rooms, YTYPs, lighting, missing props, LODs, duplicate assets, map conflicts, texture loss, streaming problems and client crashes. ### EUP Organize clothing packs, fix drawable and texture conflicts, remove broken or duplicate assets, configure job and rank access, integrate wardrobes and test male and female compatibility. ### Vehicles Configure metadata, categories, dealerships, garages, keys, fuel, handling, liveries, extras, collisions, persistence, textures and model optimization. ### Weapons Configure metadata, ammunition, attachments, animations, inventory, evidence, physical storage, first-person and third-person models, textures and conflicts. All supplied scripts and assets must be reviewed for **GTA V Enhanced compatibility**. ## Quality and Acceptance Requirements All systems must include: * Clean and readable code * Strong server-side validation * Low client and server overhead * Proper permissions and logging * No duplication exploits * Database-safe persistence * Consistent UI * Clean exports and events * Stable resource restarts * Scalable and reusable architecture Acceptance requires: * No persistent server-console or F8 errors * No unexplained warnings * No broken dependencies * No reproducible duplication exploits * No major texture or streaming issues * No crashes caused by the delivered work * Smooth in-game operation * Clean and organized source files The preferred idle performance target is **well below 0.4 ms per script**, where technically reasonable. ## Developer Requirements You must have: * GTA V Enhanced and FiveM installed * Strong QBCore/qbox and Lua experience * Experience with NUI, HTML, CSS and JavaScript * Experience with MLOs, YMAPs, EUP, vehicles and weapons * CodeWalker and OpenIV * The ability to test everything personally in-game * Reliable communication and availability for regular progress calls AI may be used as a development assistant, but relying entirely on untested AI-generated code is not acceptable. Hi, I'm aligning with your goal of a unified FiveM world where inventory, housing, vehicles, jobs, and NPCs communicate through shared logic rather than isolated scripts. I’ve worked on similar QBCore/qbox integrations and refactoring to improve reliability, exports, and debugging. I’d start by validating the current flow, isolate unstable parts, and then build a small shared core for cross-resource state, with strict server-side validation, logs, and a clean event model before gradually merging assets. One technical risk / key challenge: ensuring consistent state across restarts and dynamic asset loading without race conditions. What should happen if ownership or access permissions break after a restart? What level of in-game creator tooling should staff have, full CRUD in-game or restricted subsets with audit logs? If we're aligned, I can outline the implementation phases before kickoff. Best regards, Brandon

Your goal of replacing disconnected menu scripts with one physical, realistic qbox ecosystem is exactly the right direction. I will begin with an audit of the existing QBCore/L2S foundation and the two work-in-progress documents: resource dependencies, duplicated systems, database schema, exports/events, permissions, NUI consistency, and Enhanced compatibility. I will then consolidate shared logic for item metadata, ownership, keys, access control, audit logs, persistence and server-side validation, so housing, hotels, stashes, vehicles, businesses, police evidence and criminal systems do not each reinvent the same rules. Lua resources will be cleaned for restart safety and low idle usage; NUI will follow the existing L2S colors, fonts and interaction pattern. I will also review supplied MLO/YMAP streaming, EUP drawables, vehicle metadata/handling, and weapon assets in GTA V Enhanced, addressing conflicts, missing dependencies and recurring F8/console errors. Creator tools will persist to SQL with permission checks and audit trails rather than scattered config edits. I will personally test core flows such as physical storage, vehicle keys/damage/fuel, robbery heat/evidence, EMS/police response, and duplicate-exploit attempts before handover. Should the spreadsheet be treated as the final priority/order of implementation, or are there systems you want moved ahead of it? Muhammad Saad

Hello, After carefully reviewing your scope, I understand this is not a basic FiveM setup—you need an existing L2S/QBCore foundation systematically migrated and integrated around qbox into one stable GTA V Enhanced ecosystem. The first step should be a dependency/resource audit covering scripts, exports, callbacks, database queries, MLO/YMAP assets, EUP, vehicles, weapons, and existing L2S systems. I would then migrate and standardize resources around qbox, remove duplicate loops/systems, secure server events against abuse, and consolidate reusable inventory, job, vehicle, interaction, permission, and persistence logic rather than stacking disconnected scripts. Creator tools would use permission-controlled server events, database persistence, audit logs, and your existing L2S UI conventions. I would also profile resources with FiveM tooling and test restarts, streaming, synchronization, and exploit-sensitive flows directly in GTA V Enhanced. I understand your maximum budget is $1,300 fixed and would define the exact functionality achievable within that cap before development begins. A couple of questions: • Approximately how many existing resources currently require QBCore → qbox migration? • Which systems in your WIP list are mandatory for the $1,300 scope versus future phases? I’m ready to begin with the technical audit. Best regards, Carlos.

==== Hi - Truong here ==== "FIVEM QBOX REALISTIC RP SERVER" — you need a stable world where every system works together. I would focus first on cleaning the existing L2S foundation, mapping dependencies, then merging resources into shared systems instead of stacking scripts. Server-side validation, database structure, permissions, and optimized events are key because RP servers usually break from duplicated logic and weak resource connections. I would test changes directly in FiveM, checking console errors, performance, asset conflicts, and gameplay flow across police, jobs, vehicles, housing, and inventory. Which systems are currently the most unstable in your existing build and should be fixed first?

As much as I would love a juicy writing project, my skill set might not be the best fit for the FiveM ENHANCED/qbox realistic RP server development. While I don't have experience in Grand Theft Auto or FiveM, I understand the value of immersive gameplay and cohesiveness in projects. I have honed my skills in documentation, game design, game development, UI design, and SQL to craft seamless user experiences that align with your intent. My experience building robust environments that account for every detail will ensure a server that aligns with your vision. I am confident handling your MLOs and YMAPs ensuring I fix all those irritating nuisance such as collisions, portals, lighting and LODs. My ability to organise resources will make your supplied assets coherent and easy to navigate. As a passionate gamer myself my focus has always been creating environments that balance realism with excitement without being repetitive. A balance you mentioned is crucial to this world you want to build. While doing this work personally in GTA V Enhanced and FiveM won't be possible for me due to my lack of knowledge on these platforms but trust me(!) my love for gaming leads me to understanding and appreciation of intricate mechanics that makes games tick - from business and job ecosystems to complex NPC systems.

I can take this as a qbox/L2S integration and cleanup job—not a script-installation job. The important part is making the existing resources behave like one server: shared inventory/vehicle/player logic, secure server-side validation, clean exports/events, persistent DB state, and low idle overhead. I’d start by auditing the current L2S foundation and resource dependencies, then work system-by-system: qbox compatibility, inventory/items, vehicles, housing/businesses, police/EMS/crime, UI, and supplied MLO/YMAP/EUP/vehicle/weapon assets. I’ll remove duplicate/debug code, fix callbacks/exports/queries, consolidate repeated logic, and address Enhanced compatibility issues rather than stacking more scripts on top. For the creator tools, I’d keep them data-driven: authorized staff create/edit content through the existing L2S UI, with permission checks, validation, database persistence and audit logs. That also makes future expansion much easier. I’ll test changes directly in FiveM/GTA V Enhanced and focus on the acceptance points you listed: no reproducible dupes, no persistent console/F8 errors, clean restarts, stable persistence, and sensible client/server performance.

I see you want a tightly integrated QBCore/L2S server that feels like a single, immersive world rather than a patchwork of scripts. Your goal is to deliver a realistic RP experience where inventory, housing, vehicles, jobs and law‑enforcement all communicate through shared logic and in‑game creator tools. I will start by auditing the existing resources, stripping unused code, and refactoring the Lua and NUI scripts to follow a unified event‑driven architecture. Core systems such as inventory, housing and vehicle management will be rebuilt as shared modules with strict validation and logging. The missing creator tools will be added as admin‑only NUI panels that hook into the same backend, giving staff the ability to configure jobs, properties and missions without touching files. I have built and maintained several FiveM servers using QBCore and ESX, handling inventory, housing, police and EMS systems, and I have optimized Lua scripts for performance and exploit protection. My recent project involved consolidating over 30 resources into a single coherent framework, reducing server lag by 40% and simplifying admin workflows. Could you prioritize which of the listed creator tools are needed for the initial launch so I can scope the first delivery phase accurately? Looking forward to discussing how we can bring this vision to life. Albert C.

Your qbox server will fail at launch if your existing L2S scripts aren't refactored to handle qbox's callback structure - most QBCore resources break silently when events fire out of sequence under load. Quick questions - are your MLOs already streaming through a manifest system that prevents duplicate prop hashes? And what's your target player count, because inventory sync logic that works for 32 players will crash at 64+? Here's the architectural approach: - LUA REFACTORING: Migrate all L2S exports to qbox's native callback system, eliminate duplicate inventory loops, and centralize item metadata so your physical prop system doesn't desync from database state. - DATABASE OPTIMIZATION: Normalize your housing, vehicle, and business tables to prevent join queries from locking under concurrent transactions - I'll add indexed foreign keys and cached queries for high-frequency reads. - NUI STANDARDIZATION: Build a shared event bus so all your creator tools, inventory UI, and interaction menus use one L2S-styled framework instead of 15 conflicting React components fighting for Z-index control. I've built 4 FiveM servers that scaled past 128 concurrent players without crashing, including full qbox migrations for two RP communities. Let's schedule a 20-minute call to review your existing L2S codebase before you commit to the build.

I can build and harden your FiveM Enhanced/qbox realistic RP server on top of your existing L2S-based foundation, focusing on one cohesive ecosystem instead of disconnected scripts. I’ll review and reconfigure the QBCore/qbox stack, clean/merge Lua/JS/NUI resources, remove duplicates/debug/unused loops, and standardize interfaces around the existing L2S UI style. I’ll implement strong server-side validation, logging, exploit protection, and database-safe persistence while fixing exports/callbacks/permissions and resource dependencies. Your physical/interactive direction is the priority: visible placeable/interactable item props, realistic weapon storage and vehicle transport with keys/fuel/storage/history, businesses with stock/deliveries/employees, housing/hotels with security and robbery risks, and police/EMS/prison integrations with meaningful NPC reports and investigations. I’ll also handle GTA V Enhanced compatibility work for MLOs/YMAPs (collisions/streaming/portals/lighting/LOD conflicts), EUP conflicts and rank/job wardrobe access, and vehicle/weapon metadata/configuring for persistence and performance. Acceptance focus: stable restarts, no F8/persistent console issues, minimal overhead, and no duplication exploits.

Hi, I can help build this as a clean, integrated qbox/FiveM RP ecosystem rather than a pile of disconnected scripts. I bring 20+ years of software engineering experience across Lua/JavaScript-style full-stack systems, low-level debugging, reverse engineering, performance optimization, UI integration, databases, APIs, and complex system cleanup. That background is directly useful for reviewing existing resources, fixing unstable logic, optimizing loops, standardizing exports/events/callbacks, protecting server-side flows, and making multiple systems work together reliably. For your server, I would focus on architecture first: inventory, vehicles, housing, jobs, crime, police/EMS, businesses, NPC interactions, creator tools, assets, permissions, persistence, and logging all communicating through reusable shared logic. I’m also comfortable analyzing existing scripts/assets, removing duplication, improving maintainability, and testing for stability, exploits, dependency issues, and performance. I can deliver professional, clean, scalable work within the agreed fixed scope and communicate clearly throughout the build.

Hello, "Clean qbox Integration With Stable Shared Logic Across All Systems" – you need your existing L2S‑based foundation turned into one coherent RP ecosystem instead of many disconnected scripts. I’d start by reviewing every Lua/JS/NUI resource, removing duplicates, fixing exports/callbacks and merging related logic so inventory, vehicles, housing, police, EMS, crime and businesses all communicate through shared metadata and server‑side validation. Weak or unstable code gets rewritten early to avoid hidden exploits. I’ve delivered structured technical work before, including a multi‑page build with clean organisation and reliable behaviour: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/web-design/Classic-Articles-Website-with-Email/reviews (freelancer.com in Bing). A key detail is performance: idle load must stay low, so loops, queries and event handlers will be tightened and logged. MLO/YMAP, EUP, vehicles and weapons will be reviewed for Enhanced compatibility, fixing collisions, textures, portals and model conflicts. Creator tools can follow your L2S UI style with proper permissions, database persistence and audit logging. Which system should be stabilised first — inventory/physical items or vehicles/persistence? Looking forward to working with you. Artur Giżycki
