Unity 3D Game: Build me a turn based collectible card game with land gameplay

Game should run on both Android and IOS 1) REQUIREMENT FOR A SIMPLE TURN BASED CARD GAME BR1 Need a turn based strategy game. Simple game which has 4 cards for each player. A player can start with 4 cards and plays with another player or simple AI. Where each card has some moves, and impacts health and speed of another card BR2 The application should run on both Android and IOS Check below gameplay to understand what is needed [login to view URL] The design of the creatures and other assets will be purchased. BR3 Game must support Player vs Computer rounds Game must support Player vs Player TBA [login to view URL] 2). Create game with two type levels a) - Turn based player vs player game where each card will affect health and shield of other player. Multiplayer server and game matching to be implemented. This level should also be played with AI enemies. b) Free level where the characters will be allowed to run around low poly map (Multiple maps can be bought and included in the game) in this level charcter will walk around examine the place collect some points by going near them. This level will also have resting fire place where they can sit and hibernate. In this level you should be able to fight with AI enemies with basic hack n slash and accure points. This interaction should store the state of the game in a json file per player in backend server. 3) Game will run on android, ios and pc. Detailed requirements with each and every wireframe and actions will be provided before we both accept the project.
