Advisor in Rotterdam

I need a personal advisor who can help exchange students who will be living in Rotterdam from January to June 2020.
The idea is that the advisor is a specialist in Netherlands, if it is in Rotterdam precisely, even better. It can also be in Amsterdam or even in a city near Rotterdam, even if it is not inside Netherlands exactly.
Tasks:
- Help to get accommodation for students in exchange, low monthly cost and well located.
- And also if possible to get some work to do in Rotterdam that can be carried out by having a student visa to gain work experience in that city and be able to have a salary during the duration of the exchange.
Ideally, someone who works well in Rotterdam and knows how to guide us to achieve the goals I have mentioned.
