Rewriting of science texts

Attached is a document with some articles in them that I would like rewritten permitting the ideas and writing to be used in an educational book.
The rewriting is aimed at higher level learners of English as a Second Language and should maintain the humour and direction of the original articles.
Upon completion, submission and payment of the project, the rewriter will turn over all rights, permissions and ownership of the articles to Editions Tango. This fact would be assumed as payment is made. The articles must read well, require no further editing and be easy and interesting to read in American or Canadian English. The rewriter would become a ghost writer of sorts. The name of the writer would be fictional. The new articles must be an adequate departure from the originals so that no claim on copyright would be possible. The titles for each section should also be different.
This is a first time foray into rewriting. We hope to establish a good working relationship at a reasonable cost with a rewriter.
The writer should indicate when they intend to finish the articles.
