When a visitor comes from a Google Ads campaign and clicks either: Phone Call WhatsApp the system should: Track the click. Save the Google Click ID (GCLID) in Kommo CRM. Keep the GCLID until the deal is completed. When the deal is marked Won/Closed in Kommo, [login to view URL] should automatically send an offline conversion to Google Ads with: Conversion type (Phone or WhatsApp) Deal value Conversion date Customer phone number GCLID (if available) The customer's phone number must be cleaned and formatted correctly before sending it to Google Ads. Duplicate Protection The system must upload each conversion only once, even if: The Make scenario runs again. The deal is edited. The deal is reopened and closed again. The workflow is retried after an error. Testing Before the project is complete, we must test the full workflow: Track Phone Call clicks. Track WhatsApp clicks. Create a test deal in Kommo.
