Need help debugging a Google AdWords script

I have this script installed on my google adwords scripts library:

As of about 2-3 weeks ago, it stopped working. Specifically, the error I get is:

"Failed to read from AdWords. Please wait a bit and try again. (line 266)"

Please help me debug! - NOTE: This is an AdWords script, not a PHP script or JavaScript or anything else.
