I understood your requirement for moving the data from MS Excel to Google Sheets, and create a code similar to VBA macro. Then, you wish to sync the data with your database.
I could write the codes of Google Script, to match the process done by the macros.
For the second task, I personally recommend that there is no data loss in Google sheets. All your data are safe and secure with Google servers. However, if you still persist to sync the data with your DB, I could write the code for the same. In this case, we need your DB credentials.
