Create Polished Graphic Images

Please be sure to provide an accurate work effort assessment and corresponding bid amount. I expect many versions and re-work to lead us to the final product(s). No bonus should be expected. Please read this project description thoroughly and in its entirety. I expect to see samples of your work. Please do not tell me to see your PM. Provide me with your website address and/or attach your portfolio. What I Am Seeking? I am seeking an artistic person who can help me create three (3) polished images. I have created various versions of some very rough mock-up designs. I would like to hire someone to help me take my three (3) mock-ups (very rough drafts) and create professional polished images. Also, I am seeking vibrant eye catching colors, so the hired freelancer must be skilled at working with and creating beautiful colors in designs/illustrations. In addition, while we are working on developing the final design, I expect the freelancer to place the design(s) on a woman’s t-shirt V-neckline or Semicircle neckline. I will let you know which one. However, when we are complete, I expect the original artwork not the images on the T-Shirt background. Do You Have Any Colors in Mind? I reserve the right to modify and/or increase the number of colors during the design process. Additional Requirements for the Designer? I expect the freelancer to complete all necessary tasks to bring my project to a 100% satisfactory completion. My projects are tedious and require a particular kind of work ethic: diligent, collaborative, professional, communicative, tenacious, perfectionist and patient. If you are not prepared to work hard with me continuously over a sustained period, then please refrain from bidding on my projects. When I hire a freelancer, I work within Design Studio. I highly encourage you to familiarize yourself with Design Studio, please go to the Frequently Asked Questions Section of Freelancer and read the section and all the questions/answers associated with Design Studio. Irrespective of uploading or downloading speeds on Freelancer’s website, I expect all of my work requests and revisions uploaded into Design Studio. I expect the mock-up, all selected illustrations (different versions) and my final design choice(s) to be uploaded within Design Studio’s Project Handover and the freelancer to sign the Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreement (regardless of your internet speed or the speed of Freelancer’s website). File Format Requirements: PSD, JPEG, & TIF for each selection. Be prepared to make continued revisions according to my suggestions and specifications. This is a creative process, which will end when I approve the final image(s). I use milestone payments to pay freelancers. I will allocate all monies over seven milestones. My project milestones are: 1. Create Polished Image 2. Create Final Polished Image 3. Add Wild Blackberry 4. Finalize Font & Color of Wild Blackberry 5. Create TIF, JPG, PSD for each selection 6. Save & Upload Files into Design Studio’s Project Handover 7. Sign Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreement After the project is awarded, the mock-up (rough draft) design and all illustrations (based off of revisions, modifications & color variations) of the mock-up design are owned by Wild Blackberry LLC.
