I need a Website Banner made

I need a banner made for my website. No cheap [login to view URL] looking banners...I want one that looks good and custom made instead of using the crappy auto-gen software. I want it to go on my YouTube channel page @ [login to view URL] and http://www.ihelpcorner.com. The banners should say [login to view URL] and be clickable to my facebook and website similar to this one: [login to view URL] but more detail is better. I'm not really picky I just dont want similar to the one I have right now lol. Thanks
