Create Print and Packaging Designs

Brochure Design 2015 Attached are: 1. The last brochure that we printed; [login to view URL] 2. The design template from the printer. [login to view URL] 3. A file with text which will be used in different parts of the brochure. [login to view URL] 4. List of various pages. [login to view URL] We are a retirement community builder for the Indian immigrant community in the US. We are looking to redo the brochures now. We need: 1. A basic page design; 2. A page to display architectural plans and layouts; 3. A page to display only images with titles; 4. A front page and back page design; 5. An envelope design which will be used to insert this brochure(s) and mailed; The envelope should look like a wedding invitation - inviting the recipients to our community. 6. All the fonts used in the design. 7. All the page designs need to be provided in different color schemes. We plan to use one color for the main brochure and a different color for different locations of the project. The final design template should be in a 300DPI(for print) and in a PSD format which we can use to display data and images.
