Combine Camp T-Shirt Design - 3 colors (Illustrator)

We need a tee-shirt design for our camp. This camp is for American football. The final should be done in Adobe Illustrator and be in layers so that I can make changes to it. The project details are below:
- Should have three colors: red, blue, black
- At the top should say: Combine Camp 2014
- Should be an original Illustration
- Should have our mascot somewhere in the design. Our mascot can be seen here: [url removed, login to view]
- The design should have 4-6 children in it. The children should be different races and have both boys and girls.
- At the bottom have our logo and the website [url removed, login to view]
- In the design the mascot should be in the fore-ground with a big smile. The children should be in the background having a good time and playing football with each other.
Please show me a sketch first before doing the final design.
