Design a logo for a new kitchenwares shop in London

We are looking for someone to design a logo for our new business, which is retailing of kitchenwares through a store and online. We are about to open a shop in Central London (UK), selling pots/pans/knives/utensils as well as tableware, for what we call the Urban At-Home Chef. This is someone who cooks out of pleasure and for passion and usually for family or friends (ie Saturday night casual dinner parties or Sunday lunches). Our products are the best performing but range from good value (but still high quality) to the best of the best. High functionality, performance and durability are the utmost importance, while we shy away from colour and irrelevant design features. The shop aesthetic is a balance of a modern kitchen and local food market. We have a lot of window space and the display units will be largely white and modern with a healthiness visible through the wood and unpolished natural walnut floor. The environment is highly professional and functional balanced with a warmth and intimacy. We are located near a local food market, with a number of local producers/farmers and that is reflected in our aesthetic. Our logo needs to reflect that. The name is two words (7 letters each--assume it's "Market Kitchen" for now). The primary use of the logo will be: - general branding on packaging, receipts, letter head, cards, etc - signage in the window (which may be vertical in a light box or 3D letters above the door in stainless steel) - introductory website (full website to come in the future) I envisage it to be one colour in either burgundy, forrest green, navy or stainless steel but am open to ideas.
