Converting or breaking down 20 Color Images into 1mm - 10mm circles to create interesting artistic prints

This project is intended for a graphic designer with strong artistic skills or coding skills Your bid amount is for the conversion (breakdown) of 20 color images/photos into 1mm - 10mm diameter circles with a maximum 8 circle sizes while using a maximum of 16 colors, each color layer is delivered as a JPG file (16 colors = 16 layers = 16 files), for example if you bid $800 for 20 images that means you are bidding $40 per image conversion 1. The printer can print images of up to 1.5 x 4.0 meters in size, your files could potentially be delivered for that size print at a 50 pixel resolution 2. The printer can print one color layer at a time, with a maximum of 16 colors/layers to create the conversion image 3. The printer dispenses 1mm - 10 mm droplets of paint that instantly dry, each layer or paint ads 0.2mm – 0.5mm thickness thus creating a dimensional “3D” effect as well 3. The droplets are represented as circles on the conversions you supply, the printer software interprets the droplets as location points to dispense the paint 4. Each layer can represent a different color, but no more than 16 colors per conversion which means that the original color image cannot be printed in more than 16 colors, you can select any color you like which is why the client prefers someone with artistic skills 5. For each conversion the client needs both the composite image (on PSD) and a JPEG color files showing the 1mm – 10mm circles that represent the droplets, you can select any 1mm- 10mm size droplet and layer the colors one over each other which is why the client prefers someone with artistic skills (again) 6. Each color you choose should have a designated Pantone number 7. You can use any software you like (vector based, illustrator, Corel, Photoshop, etc.,) and use code to expedite the conversion process 8. A separate milestone will be established for every image or group of approved images 9. You will suggest 20 source images and once approved by the client create a small conversion for review including a “3D” preview showing the effect of the paint buildup 10. There can only be one background color printed with a spray machine (under the circles) 11.
