Copy static web site to joomla

Copy from a static/not standard/open CMS website to joomla. New web site should be configured to support mobile device, so very attenction to choose a responsive template that will fit to any mobile device/browser. Most of text now is put in image and must be translated in text searcheable. Site must be configured and ready to be multi-Language and dynamically must be change/add section/image/text into web site. Logo must be adapted to new template and all images/video must be re-imported. Social integration (facebook/twitter) is required. Template should fit also into a magento-ecommerce template for graphical items, in order to look like as web site. Terms: 10% up front. I wish to see the template design first. Once you send me the template in jpg format and I am happy with it then I will approve a second payment payment of 40% while you copy over the website and pay final 50% on completion. The key here is to work with me to get the template right and fit all contenent. Happy to look at suggestions or improvements in design also. I will want to look at making some minor modifications to the design like the menu navigation needs a sharper more modern look and some content changes.
