Hello,
i am looking for someone to create a web application preferably in ruby on rails so i can modify it. The site will be something similar to [url removed, login to view], but with a couple twist to it, one being that it will be for people who are into fitness. I have a lot more of the details for the project but first i want to know how much something like this will cost me. I want the bare bones of the site , all the functionalities, the routes set up, and the live streaming. I can take care of the css.
