Need added features and CSS changes to exsisting Wordpress website done

Hello, I own a classified ads website built in Wordpress and want some changes and added features implemented. I am looking for someone who cant start right away, is a hard worker and on time! The website is a general classified ads website where users can sell a wide range of items. While the bulk of the website is already developed and working I need many changes done. Most of the major changes are as follows. 1. I need forms built for each respective category with different fields for each one. Their are about 10 categories. For ex: if a user wants to sell a car we would need to collect the "color", and "year of the car" compared to if someone is selling clothes we would need to collect the size like "small or large" 2. I need some CSS and layout changes done on the front page. 3. I need some features added to the user section such as a "chat system" and many CSS and layout changes. 4. I need a separate user section for businesses and companies. Some features of this user section would include a file manager so users can upload their resume's to the company. a spot for companies to display current specials they may have ect. * Their will likely be more changes as current development proceeds.
