I need a professional that works fast.

I have a site that was converted from psd to html, yet most lack a few things.

I need someone to tidy my site like the psd, psd review the same and leave the site, already ta about 80% more accurate than ready leave also working on IE8, IE9, IE10, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome.

The html ta being used bootstrap.
