It allows admins to manage the complete production cycle of a product through design, order, manufacturing and delivery. It provides monitoring tools for business owners to see the progress and real time metric information on dashboards. Different components of the system can be listed as customization setups, security access setups, product and category administration, inventory administration, third party access administration, ticketing, finance, shopping cart, order management, customer information management, customer kiosk self-signup, messaging between all parties, calendar for all users, reports for volume and cash management and a strategic management component for setting up and monitoring goals and metrics.
