Alter cinematic image (or create new) for website background.

We are looking for a cinematic style photoshop artist for website "backdrop". We are planning to launch a website for custom composed music aimed towards video games, The name will be Burning Planet and we want the layout on the website to represent the name and content by having a visual cinematic/game inspired look. Basically we need one big great looking image! The idea for the website is to have an image of a burning apocalyptic type city as the website template (full screen) and later making certain items in the image clickable within the website. ( e.g. street signs, billboards etc.) For example, the street sign could say "music" and when you click on it a music player appears without ever leaving the main page. We have found a stock photo that we think looks great, but it needs to be altered somewhat to fit the purpose. Please check out the attached LoRes image. (We will of course purchase the license to gain access to the HiRes version if you decide to use that image. ) To sum things up: We're looking for someone who can either alter the HiRes version of the attached image or create a similar image with the things we're looking for.. The attached image would need to be altered by having some small fires added in a few places so that it makes more sense with our name "Burning Planet". Maybe making the sky more orange would add to the vibe too. The existing streetsign letters need to be changed into a different word, and we'd like to have our company logo looking a little burnt on that billboard sign on the left side of the image, with some text underneath. (Both will be used as a links in the active website.) And possibly adding one more text or item for another potential link. We can discuss the exact words and fonts later. We would like to have Burning Planet written big in a movie style font across the middle. (About where it says iStock on the attached LoRes image.) All of these alterations should obviously fit and melt in with the cinematic style of the image. Looking forward to hearing from you!
