Animate existing 2D characters with a walk cycle and attack animations

Looking to animate existing 2D characters for an RPG game I am currently working on. Each character would require a walking and attacking animation. I will supply you with each of the characters to animate. You would need to cut the character into parts and animate the character so he can walk or attack. I have included 6 sample characters that I need animated. All the characters will be in a 2D top down view. I will need 15 frames for the walking and 15 frames for the attacking. You can use any 2D or 3D animation software you prefer to create the animations. Please give me a price to animate one character, with 15 frames for walking and 15 frames for attacking. You decide how the walking and attacking will look. I am flexible and we can discuss their walk and attack before getting started on each character. If you feel 15 frames is too many frames, lets negotiate fewer frames. I am flexible! I may have as many as 10+ characters to animate. Let's start with 1 character first and see how it goes! I'm not looking for perfection in the animations, but consistant overall quality. I know how challenging it is to animate 2D characters because I am a graphic artist by trade.
