Build a Junk Removal Website

Hello, We are a Junk Removal company looking to redo our website. Our current website is a one page website built on WordPress, but we are looking for someone to build us a larger website. The new site will consist of 18 pages. The navigation bar is going to have 7 tabs, 2 of which will be drop down menus containing the rest of the pages. The bottom half of most of the pages will be identical. The only thing that will change in most of them is the picture and the copy (text) associated with that particular page. Each page will have a “call us” and “email us” button, as well as have a link to our pricing page. The website is pretty straight forward and simple, nothing fancy. We have already mocked up 3 of the pages you will need to create most of the remaining pages. The mock-ups are pretty much how we want the website to look, so there won't be much time spent on designing the website. If you would like to see the mock-up prior to bidding on the job, please contact us. We haven't mocked up the contact us page but that should be easy enough for the designer. Here are some of the requirements we are looking for: • Someone experienced in WordPress, CSS, HTML • SEO expertise. • SEO optimization of picture file names, Meta tags and any other possible things that might help us improve SEO. • The site has to be mobile phone friendly/adaptable. • Integration with Google Analytics and the main search engines. • We haven't decided on some of the pictures we're going to use so we must work together to choose. • Willing to at least Voice Skype if needed, in order to communicate more effectively. • Someone who can give us a time frame for completion. We would prefer someone who can possibly finish the site before the end of December.
