I am James a young student and budding entrepreneur in Malta a small island in the Mediterranean. Currently the property market is booming and becoming un-affordable for young people that are just starting and families with low income. To top it all off agencies are charging high fees in order to 'help' people find a property. My idea is to create a platform which will take a hands off approach and join home owners with property seekers in order to reduce drastically these fees. More details below:
I want to create a website where people can advertise there real estate properties for sale or rent and then clients will pay to see the contact details of the property owners.
I am basically looking for a similar website to the one shown in this link below. With similar search features and structure: [login to view URL]
With the differences that:
> Property owners can go on the website and post there own properties
> For each property there will be a section which will only be visible once a person looking for a property has paid a small fee for that particular listing or else paid a day/week/month subscription. Fees can be different for each property.
> It would be good if people could also pay for extras for a particular listing. For example 1euro for the contact details of the owner. Another 1euro if they want to see a video of the property or site plan etc..
> There would be also the option for the owner to pay an amount in order to waive the fee required to view there contact details for there property.
> This is an extra but would also be great if some users can have discounts or else increase in the pay per view fees. Reason is for example if a user is posting multiple listings of there property then they can be penalized by increasing the fee to view there listing.
Please provide quote on how much this would cost in order for you to do such a website. This would in the start be just a basic version and then we could continue working on it as the company develops.
Thanks and please get in touch if you need to clarify something.
