Build me a simple logo

Hi,
I already am halfway through a sketch, but i need someone with photoshop skills to touch up and fix the sketch so that it looks nice. It's a logo for a project for small girls that says ''Tjejer kan'' (Girls can do it'' in swedish).
There are small details i wish to add to the sketch, the one with colors is the original picture, the other ''shadowish'' one is the logo i need and want fixed.
So what i want done is the following:
1. Touch up the sketch so that it looks clean!
2. Add women eyeform to the shadowish sketch instead of the current white circles. The eyeform shall be white too!
And i need it done by tomorrow evening. Really important!
