In general,
We require front and back end website development for two types of users as well as payment gateway functionality
Concept,
We want a website that can allow for people to "find a trainer" and also for trainers to "find a lead".
When someone looking for a trainer clicks on that link, we want them to fill out an online questionnaire about their requirements, which then generates an advertisement on the "leads" section of the trainers dashboard. They then continue to develop their profile, talk to members of the community and so forth..
in the trainers dashboard, they can then view the leads as and when they come in as an advertisement will feature in the "leads" section so that they can can make an offer to train with that person in the hopes of gaining a new client.
Flow,
The lead can then review all offers through their profile and can chose to accept an offer or decline an offer (and give their reason for declining as a source of feedback) at their own discretion.
Once the member accepts the offer, they go through our payment gateway, we deduct at commission and then pay the trainer in to their account. the trainer can then deduct money from this account as and when the desire.
The system is set up to allow users/leads to have training choices and be able to have a non intrusive and non intimidating sales process that allows them to select a trainer who best fits their unique requirements. It is set up so that the trainer can only make contact with the lead through making an offer to train and direct interaction can only occur once the lead has accepted and paid for the training offer. We would like to also handle all continued business, so own the sales process, on behalf of the client and the trainer.
