Looking for someone with HTML/CSS/JS design experience. I have a simple single page vertical scroller site already set up. It uses HTML and bootstrap CSS.
We'd like some animations on the page something like the stuff here:

Need:
1. Color scheme selection
2. Layout update
- Need images animated on each slide (just play them one after another)
- Text should animate in/out on each scroll page
3. Refine pictures, (i.e crop, scale, format, edit) to fit website
5. Make sure it works/content still readable on iOS & Android mobile browser as well as Chrome and Firefox
4. Move features around as needed from our team feedback
I can provide the images/stock photos, and the text that we'd like up

Q. Will the site require the ability to purchase a product?
A. No. However, we would like the ability to sign up for a mailing list.
Summary:
1. Site does not need to have a shopping cart or the ability to buy a product
2. Site needs to have a section at the bottom to subscribe to a mailing list for product updates
