I need a current website build with .asp, converted (Rewritten) to current Joombla code and made active on web host. Site should be build to mirror existing site with all tabs and functionality. It needs to contain an Admin Panel WITH instructions for me to make simple calendar, photo, and topic related updates regularly. Instructions are CRITICAL. Job considered complete when new site is up and running without issue and maintenance instructions have been documented AND reviewed with owner. No web designer advertisement added to site.
