Hi,
I need a mobile-friendly website that will allow users to upload a photo, choose a "frame" and then save ( the combination) in a database, send it by email and hashtag it.

The Process:
1. Users will go to a URL where a Login box will be displayed.
2. This login box will have a space where usrs will enter up to 6 digits (alpha numerical)
3. If the login is succefful, then it will bring up a page like:

4. Each login will be associated with different "frames" . so login 111 will have a set of frames , login 123 will have an other etc....
5. users will choose their frame and upload their pictures ( from their phone)
6. users will click an icon (like a print icon) to print the photo
7. once the icon is pressed users will need to enter their email adress and name to and then a comfirm button.
8. AT this point the photo will be saved to a database, email to the user email adress with a custom message and sent to instagram with a specific hashtag
9 each frame will have a different hashtag.
