Build a Website project2

This project will require working directly with me for a few hours out of the week . We will message via skype, and work & communication will be fast and accurate. The idea is to move quickly in order to take on more work. More work =more money. Build a Website : Milestone based pay structure. I need to review before funds release. Allow me to search and test afterwards for any issues in functionality Specify Fully responsive to mobile viewers html clean no bugs, all proper tags , closed tags Html architecture for site default with specified font/features Sketches provided on graph paper prior to beginning Mockup needs to be submitted and discussed with me before beginning Use organized & well labelled coding/ architecture Propose a "lightweight" option, keeping the app quick Use cacheing to store locally in order keep app faster If bootstrap, keep necessary elements and lower the library load on server No inline styling, use CSS Over all, this is a small project, but I hope we don’t cut corners. Don’t use global variables, if you can do the extra work to make things correctly. NOTES, Write clear notes throughout everywhere. Specified site wide Typographies Features: Custom Headers/Image on individual pages A bilingual option to Spanish. Front/Homepage w/animated dropdown nav Animated Icons hover, all types! Lots of bells & whistles color and styling preferences will be provided. specified in sketch and reviewed before converting mockup to HTML. Pages: (Further references will be reviewed during project to quickly tweak final product to satisfaction. The developer should have a styling talent in order to deliver appropriate personality and tone to the projects outcome.)
