Hey u will have to build a wordpress website like freelancer.com but instead of bids we will connect startup idea owners with techies and techies will get a share of the project rather than getting paid with money . The site should be reliable and should not crash even if it is to be used by about 100 thousand people . The site should have seperate logins for techies , management guys , venture capitalist . The site should have a system where users can create profile along with certificates and skill . A person's skill can be endorsed by other person . They can also share thier linkedin pages . I will give all translations required but should be accessed in different languages . Yet I'll give all translations required .BUDGET Under 6500 INR or 100 USD
