I need a website that will show thumbnails of profiles with small captions on the home page with a search facility where you can be able to search by different fields.

It should have a backend where users can log in and create new profiles disable profiles change order of appearance or edit the profiles. If a profile owner is online he/she should be able to chat with the website visitor. The below link shows how the front page should look like.

the profile page will be a very basic page with just the details of the person and pictures.
