Cartoonist required for packaging and website graphic

Hi Freelancers,
We are after a cartoonist to create a cartoon which will be displayed on our website and on a packaging box for our fruit & vegetable home delivery service.
Initially you can create the website version of the cartoon which is in full colour.
For the packaging design, we can only use one colour as our printing company only allows one colour. We need you to create a vector file (SVG or EPS file so that we can resize it for different applications)
